A brilliant way to spend your lunch hour....

It is recommended that each children should receive 60 minutes of physical activity a day, and everyone at All4Sports is dedicated to achieving this.

Lunch breaks are an ideal opportunity for children to engage in fun and engaging physical activity, which encourage the development of basic movement skills and keep the mind stimulated.

Your child can receive 30-45 minute sessions during lunch breaks. Our structured activities encourage all abilities to excel and enjoy participating in sport.
