Aim

Keep control of the ball, recording as many consecutive kick ups as you can whilst allowing one bounce between each touch of the ball. 

Rules

-Only one bounce is allowed between each touch.

-Once started, use of the hands or arms is not allowed

-The ball must not touch any other objects nearby 

Points

One successful kick up is worth 0.5 points, e.g. 30 consecutive touches is worth 15 points

Aim

One successful kick up is worth 1 points, e.g. 10 consecutive touches is worth 10 points

Aim

Complete as many Sit Up Wall Bounces in 30 seconds as you can.

Rules

-If the ball is dropped, the repetition does not count and the ball can be retrieved

-One repetition consists of a sit up and one wall bounce, and is completed when your back returns to the ground

Points

Each Sit Up Wall Bounce within the 30 second time limit is worth 1 point, e.g. 24 repetitions is worth 24 points.

Aim

Hit the crossbar as many times as you can in 5 consecutive attempts.

Rules

-The ball must be placed at least 3 metres from the goal

-The ball must be kicked from the floor

 -If a goal is not accessible, an improvised crossbar can be used. Such as tape on a wall or garage door (must be at least 1 metre from the floor)

Points

Each succesfull crossbar hit within the 5 attempts is 10 points, e.g. 2 hits is worth 20 points.
